Members of our Steering Group got together on Sunday 21st January to discuss our trip to the Gambia in December and to plan ahead for 2018.
Points of discussion were:
- The charity’s ongoing relationship with production company Good Causes Good Karma
- Securing the future of the school, in particular the requirements to set up a charity in the Gambia to manage the school
- Implementing more robust processes for pupil sponsorships
- Updating the website
- Charity expenses
- AOB
